This first webinar will be looking at Cultural Difference. We live and work as Transactional Analysts in a multi-cultural society.
Being aware of and dealing with cultural differences, whether it is in contact with clients or within EATA, is important to help dispel negative stereotypes and personal biases about different groups. In addition it helps us recognize and respect “ways of being” that are not
necessarily our own and to interact in a way which can build bridges to trust, respect, and understanding across cultures.
We have three esteemed speakers who will consider this area, the impact on us and those we live and work with. Join us for a lively and interesting 90 minutes on zoom.
Our aim is to offer simultaneous translation into French, Russian, Italian and Ukraine. These events will not be recorded.
