Professionally and ethically the challenge is to organise exams that let the candidates grow and have an as objective as possible process. Sometimes that leads to appeals by the candidate, which we need to deal with thoroughly and carefully.

CTA, CTA Trainer and TSTA Exams
Online exam
Due to current agreements between EATA and ITAA, every EATA member can register for an online exam with the ITAA. If the exam is passed, CTA and TSTA certificates are mutually recognised. Please note that the ITAA handbook is the basis for the online exam and it is important that candidates and primary supervisors refer closely to it as there are some differences to EATA’s.
