New episode of TA podcast

We’re closing 2025 with a conversation that brings us back to the systemic foundations of Transactional Analysis, a dialogue with Rosemary Napper (TSTA-O).

Together, we explore what shifts when we understand that the organisation itself, rather than the individual, is often the true client in TA work.

This episode opens up some of the most important questions in Organisational TA:

🔹 how systems develop a psychological life of their own
🔹 why recurring difficulties are often systemic, not personal
🔹 how culture becomes interjected and carried over time
🔹 the limits of applying psychotherapy TA directly to organisations
🔹 what it means to work with structure, dynamics, culture and unconscious process

It’s a reflective, grounded conversation that feels especially resonant in these quieter days between the holidays and the new year, a moment when many of us are looking back at the systems we’ve been part of and the year that has passed.

S5E7 Understanding Organisational TA: Structures, Systems & Culture with Rosemary Napper is now live on all platforms.

We hope it offers a moment of clarity and depth as we transition into the year ahead.

Thank you to our patronage partner UKATA – UK Association for Transactional Analysis, our supporting partner EATA – European Association for Transactional Analysis, and our Patron supporters.
