Invitation to submit Webinar proposals for 2026

Dear EATA members, 🌟

It is that time of year again when we invite you to put forward your presentation proposals for next year’s EATA webinars. 🎤✨

The chosen theme for our 2026 webinars is “TA, AI and Human Connection.” 🤝🤖

I am sure that many of you are as excited as I am about exploring this topic together. 💡

There will be two webinars in the coming year — please save the dates:
📅 Wednesday 15th April
📅 Thursday 17th September
🕖 Both at 19:00 CET.

If you are enthusiastic about this subject and have insights or knowledge you would like to share, please get in touch with a presentation proposal. Individual and group presentations (max. 3 people) are welcome. The webinar is a 90-minute format in total, so a single presentation should run 70–80 minutes to allow time for the introduction and closing. If there is more than one presentation, each will be adjusted so the total content stays within the 90-minute duration. ⏱️

Please note that EATA will not provide interpreters and that the preferred webinar language is English. However, national associations wishing to support a presentation in their own language are welcome to arrange their own interpretation services. 🌍

📌 The final deadline for proposals is 31st December 2025.
