EC November meeting – Zagreb, Croatia

The EC November meeting of EATA was held this time in Zagreb, Croatia.
It was our first in-person meeting with two new Vice Presidents joining the team.

During the weekend, we discussed several important topics for the ongoing development of EATA, including:
✨ A report from our Operations Officer on the work of the Strategy Group and its reflections on future directions.
✨ Planning next year’s series of webinars.
✨ Developing a new visual identity for EATA — one that reflects our diversity while being modern and memorable for our members, following consultation with national associations.
✨ Reviewing the criteria and schedule for awarding the Golden and Silver Medals, which recognize outstanding contributions in the field of Transactional Analysis.

It was truly valuable to spend time together in person — exchanging ideas, sharing perspectives, and shaping the next steps for EATA. The sense of collaboration and connection throughout the weekend was both motivating and inspiring.
