EATA | ITAA webinar – Nicole Lenner – The power of potency and the potency of power

Yesterday we hosted another great joint EATA&ITAA webinar. Our guest speaker was Nicole Lenner, who presented her concept of power and potency and what it meant to her to pass the TSTA exam and how those around her reacted to it. She introduced us to her and her colleague’s, Marian Timmermans, Power-Coral model which helps reflect on the quality of our relationships in terms of power. Participants were able to talk about their experiences either as trainers or as trainees in the small break out rooms that are an integral part of these collaborative webinars. These focus on coming together as a community rather than training itself.
People were very appreciative of this webinar and engaged in interesting conversations.
