Thank you Ritva Piiroinen – Past vice president

We say thank you and farewell to Ritva Piiroinen, our past Vice President from Finland.

We are deeply grateful for Ritva’s dedicated work on the Executive Committee and for her valuable contributions to EATA’s webinar development. Her presence, ideas, and energy have made a lasting impact.

We wish Ritva all the very best in her future endeavors — and we’d love to hear: What are her reflections on her role as Vice President?

“My three years as EATA’s Vice President have offered a unique glimpse into the diverse landscape of Transactional Analysis (TA) across Europe. As the Executive Committee, we’ve tackled challenging questions and aimed to modernize our long-established organization. I learned a lot from my colleagues who work with organizations; as a psychotherapist and trainer myself, I’m perhaps more philosophically oriented. ☺️ Our shared goal of seeing TA flourish in Europe has been an inspiring force. We’ve deeply appreciated TA’s unique strengths, making our work meaningful and rewarding.
As I bid farewell to this role, I want to express my gratitude to everyone who made this experience so enriching. It’s been an honor to serve alongside such dedicated colleagues. Look forward to seeing you around in international TA circles.
