PTSC news. New TSTA Teaching Demo Rule / No more average score requirement

Dear members, here are some PTSC news regarding exams:

📖1. PTSC have decided to follow the example set by ITAA/IBOC regarding the TA101 teach for the TSTA exam. This means that the TSTA candidate will have a total of 10 mins to demonstrate interactive teaching and responding to questions, ensuring that they competently demonstrate knowledge of the topic received.

📖2. Similarly for the CTA, CTA TS and TSTA exams the requirement for a minimum average score is no longer required. The examiners still call out their scores at the end of the exam but there is no longer any need to add them up to get an average. The examiners still need to state whether they certify or defer as before.
