Paul Martin shares with us his reflections, experiences, and thoughts on the importance of the delegate role within the EATA community 💬🌿

“My aim is to help make (EA)TA more accessible and visible within everyday society across Europe. This includes initiatives such as CONNECT, the shared newsletter of COC and PTSC, and exploring how video and personal storytelling can present TA in a more human, relatable, and accessible way.

For me, the role of a delegate goes beyond representation; it is also about building connections: creating bridges between local and international perspectives, between TA and other professional approaches and theories, and between experienced and emerging professionals, while embracing the beauty of cultural diversity within our community.”
