“Transactional Analysis and Burnout: For Individuals and Organizations” Moniek Thunnissen

We are pleased to have Moniek Thunnissen, a Dutch colleague with many years of international renown in the TA community, as our keynote speaker. She will explore the topic of burnout from two perspectives – personal and organizational – and demonstrate how scripts and individuals and organizations can interact to trigger burnout.

The lecture will be held in English and will be simultaneously translated in German.

Event Format:

• Full day from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Main lecture in the morning, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Workshops in the afternoon, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Understanding burnout in today’s multifaceted and complex world
• Organizational and individual perspectives on burnout
• Approaches to dealing with burnout, including setting boundaries and having courageous conversations

• In-depth exploration of burnout through exercises, experience sharing, and case examples
• Psychodrama practice for burnout issues
• Reflection on what constitutes a fulfilling life
• Psychodynamic approach to burnout and our working methods
