Sailaja Manacha

Conference Debate Chair

Karen Pratt

Karen Pratt is a celebrated educator, supervisor, and coach with a deep commitment to using Transactional Analysis to facilitate personal and systemic change. Based in South Africa, Pratt is known for her expertise in applying TA in diverse contexts, including education, organizational development, and coaching.
