Join our project group!

Both PTSC and COC committees are working hard to make the EATA Handbook more accessible and easier to use. Flowcharts that visualize all the responsibilities, decisions, timings, and steps along our different exam processes, can be a huge help.

A project group with members from both PTSC and COC is currently focusing on the development of the most relevant flowcharts from start to finish.

One of the first flowcharts that will be presented, is the initial contracting process between a national TA-association and COC when introducing a demand to organize exams. By moving in a logical and intuitive way through each process, and by having all the relevant forms or documents readily available along the way, not only the contracting but also the cooperation, communication, implementation, and follow-up of each process will be facilitated greatly for all parties involved.

We are still looking for 5-6 volunteers (trainees and supervisors) to join this project group. Contact Patrick directly if you wish to support us with this important task: patrick@odendaaladvies.nl

It will take you no more than average of 1 or 2 hours per month to do this. We will than send you a flowchart and we ask you to give written feedback which we will discuss in a Zoom meeting.

It’s an important task to make the work of PTSC and COC more accessible and easier to understand for members!
