EATA’s Ethics Advisor

Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to introduce EATA’s new Ethics Advisor, Sabine Blumenstein, who previously served as EATA’s President from 2010 to 2013. Sabine was instrumental in establishing this independent Ethics Advisor role within our organization. We warmly welcome her back in this capacity and wish her all the best in her new role.

What does Sabine say?

“I feel honored to have been asked to stand for the Ethics Advisor. Thank you, Robin, for being my educator, stimulating my thinking and reflection.
My plan for the near future is to offer support to Ethics Committees of National Associations, and their Chairs, to connect them that they learn with and from each other. And I am very much looking forward to collaborate with ITAA.
One of our first tasks will be checking the Ethical Code and the deontological code whether they fit with DEIA and the findings of Social Engagement Task Force.“
