The Psychodynamic TA Group in the University Context
Through the Webinar we want to present how to conduct psychodynamic TA groups by using the metaphor of the family and the analysis of vertical and horizontal transference phenomena.
The Webinar aims to present our project which, in an innovative way, wants to involve both university students and former TA students, eager to observe and understand live the dynamics of a focal therapeutic group. Berne, in his time, had already developed a similar methodology.
Daniela Allamandri, psychotherapist, TSTA-P, teacher and supervisor at SSF and IPOL; Italy.
Mario Augusto Procacci, psychotherapist, TSTA-P, teacher and supervisor at SIFP and Rome University “La Sapienza”, Italy.
Remo Dello Ioio, psychotherapist, PTSTA-P, teacher and supervisor at Caserta and Naples “Centro Logos”, Italy.
Mario, Remo and Daniela have been working together since 2010 in educational and social fields: they started in various and different fields of application:
Daniela Allamandri has been working with young people in Salesian contest and school contest for over 10 years; Remo Dello Ioio was involved in organizational, addictions and sports psychlogy and he has been working with groups in those fields for over 5 years;
Mario Procacci have been working for over 20 years in school fields therapeutic communites and day rehab for mental disability. They gradually focused and specialized themself in clinical practice and began to work as psychotherapists in both individual and groups settings. They have been started their training on psychodynamic AT theory of Carlo Moiso and Michele Novellino since 2000, participating in their therapy marathons, clinical seminars and workshops.
Together and separetely, they are still studying, teaching and applying their theoretical and methodological knowledge of psychodynamic transactional analysis in their private practice, as teachers in their Italian post-graduate schools and in university classes.
Their twenty-year experience with small and large groups is various and rich.
