Defining acceptable use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in TA Exams

AI is increasingly present in our lives, raising ethical and existential questions due to its expanding capabilities. Many educational institutions worldwide have updated their policies on the acceptable use of AI, and the TA community needs to do the same. In a joint initiative, EATA / PTSC and ITAA / PSC have asked James Longwell PTSTA(O) to lead the development of an AI acceptable use policy specifically for the examination process. The aim of this policy is to ensure fairness and integrity, providing a clear framework for how AI tools can and should be used in TA examinations.
