#checkinginwithdelegates – Mara Scoliere. Italy

We are pleased to introduce another member of the EATA delegates group: Mara Scoliere from Italy. How does she perceive her role as an EATA delegate?

“I have been a delegate of the Italian TA Associations for many years, a role I share with Simonetta Calderone.
In this role I like to be able to give my contribution to supporting and promoting EATA in my country and at the same time I find it enriching to share our experience as Transactional Analysts at different levels of training and in different national contexts with delegates from other countries.

I also really appreciate the opportunity to gain perspective at an international level with colleagues who live their professional lives in very varied and different situations and this is a rich stimulus for me on both a personal and professional level. Furthermore, I consider my experience in PTSC valuable as it gives me the opportunity to contribute to the training process from within by working “together” to guarantee the quality standards that characterize the TA training path.”
