Another colleague from the EATA delegates has shared their reflections on their role. It is Simonetta Caldarone from Italy.

What do you appreciate about your role as delegate in EATA?

“I am very grateful to the national associations I represent for this assignment and recognition. I am honored to represent my Associations and my Country in the EATA Council, together with my colleague Mara. I like to discuss with colleagues from other Countries and this allows me to live in the EATA Council a multicultural approach. In EATA I appreciate the great work we do to promote high-level training for members of all application fields. I also appreciate the work we do in all Countries to support and disseminate TA.”

What do you appreciate about working as a delegate for EATA?

“I chose to join the TDRC to give my contribution to promote the research in Transactional Analysis. I believe that research is important so that Transactional Analysis can establish itself in the global scientific panorama as an effective model, as well as other evidence-based approaches.”
