Checking in with delegates series – Agnes Folaji

Another voice in our #CheckingInWithDelegatesseries comes from Agnes Folaji, the new German delegate, who shares her thoughts on what inspired her to become a delegate to EATA and what continues to motivate her.

“My motivation to contribute to EATA comes from a deep belief in the power of connection and shared learning. Transactional Analysis has shaped the way I work and think, and I see EATA as a place where we can strengthen this approach collectively. Being part of this community means creating spaces where diverse voices are heard, ideas are exchanged, and our profession continues to grow in relevance and impact – across countries and cultures.
I deeply enjoy working across borders, exchanging ideas, and being part of a vibrant professional community that keeps evolving. For me, the true strength of our TA community lies in its diversity. The many people, perspectives, and skills that inspire one another, keep the spirit alive, and help us grow together.”
